The initiative will seamlessly integrate VSEE Health's advanced telehealth framework, which includes secure video consultations, AI-powered clinical procedures, remote patient monitoring, and electronic health record systems, with GoMyRx's extensive fulfillment capabilities and GoMyDocs' pharmaceutical compounding and logistics infrastructure.
Under the terms of this managed services agreement, GoMyRx will assume the role of the primary integration partner for VSEE Health. This involves overseeing the coordination of prescription processes, managing medication fulfillment operations, and ensuring direct delivery of medications to patients, all linked to VSEE Health's comprehensive enterprise telehealth system. GoMyRx brings to this partnership a robust national prescription fulfillment platform, boasting an annual gross transaction volume exceeding $10 million, which provides a solid operational foundation and capacity to support the ambitious expansion plans of the collaboration.
